Rules are bad in this game!

I played/sailed on SailX for years. Semms they are bankrupt. Too bad. So, some rules should indeed be updated, not in the least Ruile 16.1. Being penalized by a leeward boat for Rule 11, which should be R16.1 is frustrating..... By the way: happy to have found a new virtual sailing app.
