[Neverending access screen only with one account and only with mobile]

Strange Behaviour. about one week ago the mobile app started not to work anymore. I can login (via facebook) but then i go into a neverending accessing screen. With the same account i can play with a desktop computer and with that mobile i can play with a different account. do u have any idea?

Hello. since 5 days ago I have a strange beheviour. I can play with no problem accessing the game through the desktop computer. With the mobile app i can access (via facebook login) but when i click any regatta I go to an infinite loop and the game doesnt start. You could say the mobile app (that i reinstalled several times) or the mobile system have probems but if i login with another account everything works perfectly. 

I bought extra options with this account. I hope u can help otherwise i will have to abandon this account and use another one.
