[Winner at the deadline, or near miss?]

For anyone still interested in this race, check out Awkward Turtle ( @awkwardturtle).  He has 9 hours until the race closes, and he's doing 15 knots with 120 nm to go.  He's at 28 days, 17 hours.  So...  if he can finish before the race closes, he'd put up a new leading time.  If he falls short, it will probably be by only an hour or two.

Are there any other boats with a chance to put up an outstanding time just before the race closes?

ETA about 6 min short with just over an hour to deadline. 😞

[CHANGED COURSE IN ONE RACE AND COURSE CHANGED IN ANOTHER RACE!! WTF!!??]

I was setting my heading in the LA-Honolulu race and my course in the Horta-La Rochelle changed to match! That meant that my boat was  nearly HTW for 20 F***ing minutes! If you are going to charge for this game, make it work right!

Rule 18 doesn't apply and any boat sticking it inside from behind draws a penalty on the boat ahead inside at the zone! NEEDS TO BE FIXED!!!
