The comments below this post seems to suggest it's 7 posts on the forum. As for everything else, it's not at all clear. I couldn't find any kind of user guide for VR Inshore.

From another post, it looks like you need to have posted 7 times to enhance your user status. But it's not clear...

How do you set up a Club? Have been looking but it's not obvious.
