Tell me about it. I also paid for the Full Options pack, but noticed afterwards that I was not logged in as my normal user profile, but a guest profile. I 'tried' to contact Virtual Regatta to merge the two profiles together ... or delete the guest profile and give me the €29.99 credit for my normal profile, but of course, they just ignored me.
I have now had to pay a second €29.99 for the full pack option for the correct profile. If this was a retail company, you would be in your rights to demand a refund, but clearly not here.
