1. when trying to report a bug it asks you for your email address, which when entered results in a message saying 'email address already taken'. if you enter a different email address it comes up with an error. So its not possible to report a bug
2. there is a discrepancy between the heading value shown in the compass rose and the heading as indicated on the blue dashed line to the ranging tool when course and ranging tool are superimposed on top of each other. ie. compass rose says that Im heading on a course of 142 deg and the ranging tool shows the heading to be 134 deg.
