I've just bought some tokens through my iPhone App but my balance hasn't been credited.
I received an email from Apple to say have made purchase.
I have spoken with Apple Pay customer services who say that the payment has gone through and the problem must be with you.
I did not receive a confirmation email from you.
I have made a purchase before without a problem.
I tried again for the £1.99 option and this has been credited.
On your help page in the section on not receiving purchase it says that there is a link at the bottom of the page to contact your customer services, there isn't - or if there is, I can't find it.
I presume post is public, so have not inserted a screen shot of my Apple receipt, but can send by email.
