    Help are aware of the issue, but the issue still occurs as far as I am aware.

    The workaround I found was to enable something called ‘guided access’ As I recall, you go to settings/general/accessibility/guided access. It will ask you to set a password which is used to unlock the guided access. What the guided access does is it locks you in the app. It also does not allow you to open the upper or lower menus. Hence with this enabled, I have not suffered any more race exits (as long as I remember to activate)

    once you set up the password, you triple click the home button to activate the guided access, and triple click again followed by password to exit guided access.

    if you google guided access, you can confirm if my recollection of setting is correct.

    i guess more than just me suffering this problem. Hopefully workaround can be of some help

  2. I am getting seriously hacked off with this. Was about to win race and kicked out - been dsq’d in more than finished. If f’ing candy crush can make it almost impossible to click away from the screen intentionally - surely you can! 

  3. I've just bought some tokens through my iPhone App but my balance hasn't been credited.

    I received an email from Apple to say have made purchase.

    I have spoken with Apple Pay customer services who say that the payment has gone through and the problem must be with you.

    I did not receive a confirmation email from you.

    I have made a purchase before without a problem.

    I tried again for the £1.99 option and this has been credited.

    On your help page in the section on not receiving purchase it says that there is a link at the bottom of the page to contact your customer services, there isn't - or if there is, I can't find it.

    I presume post is public, so have not inserted a screen shot of my Apple receipt, but can send by email.
