Hi Everyone,
It has been sometime that I have cancelled my VIP membership. I kept getting billed and refunded at some point. But unfortunately system removed my VIP rights and kept billing my credit card. There was nowhere to contact which I have tried many times. The zendesk just gave me the generic response. I need help to cancel this out. I can not save my credit card from the system and I have been billed for almost a year for a service that I have not received.
Any help is appreciated.
