Greetings wish to report that today when booking race helps, the application consumes 4 tokens( which are paid for) but does not enter me in the race, and then asks me to enter again and book again race helps by consuming another 4 tokens etc etc. so far it has consumed more than 32 tokens without entering me in a single race. This is not normal, as this causes to spend money to no avail. Requesting you to look into it and rectify the situation. Regards and thanks in advance.
