Can we please change this?
Now you can finish with a penalty open, so timer counting down. But you get awarded the points for the place you cross the finish line but that is not correct with the rules.
So now when someone gets a penalty in the last part of the leg it completely changes the game and it is no fun.
You should not be able to finish with a penalty open. Its should be simple. As long as the penalty timer is counting down you should not be able to be registered as crossing the finish line.
