shebeen Posted November 11 Posted November 11 It is too hard to log in. using this as the only entry point to the game, www.www.virtualregatta.com/en/offshore-game/ and having to load the entire system each time is just ridiculous. Maybe there is an easier way (NO, i do not want another app on my phone, this is obviously to be done on a 22" screen) but that was not simple, so if it's there, it fails too. You have lost me as a player. Quote
PontReanYachtClub Posted November 11 Posted November 11 Hi Shebeen, I would say "Ce jeu a une bonne marge de progrès" (This game has a good progress margin) 😉 Else, to shorten the game access, you can try this URL: www.play.offshore.virtualregatta.com/ Quote
Pat-Rock Posted November 11 Posted November 11 Use this link instead, it is less resource-intensive : https://play.offshore.virtualregatta.com/ To change language, from the Marina Click on Settings then language and choose between French, English, Spanish and Italian Quote
7cle Posted November 13 Posted November 13 I reply to your language question, although I don't fully agree with the judgement. It's exagerated. "This game is crap", in French would be "Ce jeu est une *****" - a turd, literally. The game has some irritating glitches that are not very commercial, true. The fact that front sails don't show in the 3D view once they've been purchased even though the boat goes faster is highly disapointing and they should address that quick. Une déception en français, which is not to say it's deceiving. Faux-Amis. If 30% of players buy the full pack, that's 600000 * .30 * 30€ thats 6 million euros in sales plus a few more millions in advertising and product placement. That's enough money to fix it, though don't fuck-up the upgrade and production during the biggest event in the year. An offline offshore game would be worth a flushed turd in the toilet bowl. Quote
