Terms of use of the Club House
Welcome to the discussion Club House of Virtual Regatta!
This Club House allows you to chat with other players and share advice with them on inshore and offshore games, or discuss other aspects of the Virtual Regatta game and other boating news. The community Club House is only meaningful if everyone is courteous and friendly, so we ask that you remain friendly with all participants on this Club House.
The Rules of Conduct described below show what behaviour we expect you to adopt, but also what you can expect from other community members. These rules of conduct are not exhaustive, they can not define all forms of aggressive behavior. Therefore, we will sanction or moderate behaviour that we deem inappropriate. Access to Club Houses is a "privilege" and never a "right". Accordance with the provisions of the TOS, Virtual Regatta reserves the right at any time to suspend your access to the Club House or website www.virtualregatta.com if you do not follow these rules of conduct on the Club House or otherwise behave in a manner we deem appropriate.
We reserve the right to evaluate each incident on a case by case basis. The measures taken may be more or less stringent than those listed in the following categories:
Racism or Ethnic Abuse

These penalties may seem harsh, but we sincerely believe that this type of behavior has no place on the Club House, due to its inappropriate nature and the family friendly nature of the game.

IMPORTANT
Repeated violation of the Terms of Use or Code of Conduct on the Club House, as well as detailed rules above, will lead to the permanent suspension of Club House or deletion of user account.
This regulation applies to all languages. Any form of behaviour that violates these rules will be punished, whether in French or in another language.
We aim to keep Virtual Regatta fun and enjoyable. When you play the games offered by ManyPlayers or you post on the Club House, please remember that you will encounter thousands of other players who come from different backgrounds and who have different cultural expectations to you. Even if some images or words do not seem inappropriate to you, they can hurt or have a different meaning for another person. We have done our best to create an environment which is both fun and safe for everyone.
