I hope to get contacted by the administrator for nearly the same error. I payed 29.99€ for 3 month VIP with the correct email address but a new boat name. Then I found my old account again under that same email address. Now the money is gone but no VIP membership exists and I can't contact the support. In the meantime I bought a full pack and the VIP memebership would now only cost 9.99€. I am a bit frustrated and would like someone to contact me to iron out this error.
