Same stuation. There is no unscubscribe link as you describe in Help pages. I thought there is not an autorenw but today again 29.99 EUR in my credit card.. Please unsubscribe and repay 29.99 EUR to my credit card! Tehre is no customer relations mail, there is no "communicate us" link etc.. You do not need such easy ways to gain money.Typical easy swindler tricks..

Tried to fins unsubscription ways from VR VIP subscription and there was no way. Then I thought it is not auto renewable then gave up. But today I realised a new VR Subscription Cost in my credit card EUR 29.99 . Immediately I checkd again help pages and followed the instructions (Click the link at gear upright hand, then click VIP then click unssubcsribe. But we have a problem, there not an unsubscribe link.
Please unsubscribe and repay EUR 29.99 to my credit card. Sorru there not any communication method with VR authorities.
