I bought the VIP subscription yesterday on my IPad. The subscription was successful in my Apple Payments, but I have not received the VIP status in the game until now. Also contacted the Apple Support, but say said to me: They do not provide the content and only are responsible for the settlement of money.
I also reported the error in game, but have not received an answer so far.
