it seems, taht the problems are growing conc. rule 10 and 11. It often happens, that I have port and geta penalty. Maybe cause of rule 11, which is not properly used in the game?
Next problem with F18 and the mark at the starting ship. I am not touching at all, but always get a penalty.
All this is boaring, please have a look at the programming.
