I am a VIP level subscriber (both inshore and offshore) (which implies I'm getting preferential support), yet I seem unable to reach anyone from support. What gives? is @Pat-Rock the only support person in this company?
Anyway, I can't see my offshore races reports. I did the RORC Caribbean 600, but I didn't do the other races shown. I also did the Vendee Globe and that doesn't show up. Please advise...
