Dear Sirs,
The recognising procedure to access to your apps gives often problems.
it happens that the password that was accepted until 1 hour before, it is not more good for your system.
It is my case trying to use the App (iOS) Weather 4VR. After three (?) times that I put the CORRECTED PASSWORD in the system, I was blocked and I’ve been told to reset the password in the Virtual Regatta App and so I did, or, better, I tried, as the system DO NOT RECOGNISE my E-Mail.
it is not the first I have troubles accessing your Apps, but this time I find my self in a dead end rail.
I can not access any more.
Could you please help me?
(BTW my nickname is Popeye959 and I won the VIP Status lifetime, but I didn’t received any E-Mail from your side. I’m wondering if this it is related with the problem I had today).
