Mezzoforte

hi all, since the new update I have a problem with VRI. i do not get/hear any sound effects or music anymore. I checked all my apple computers and the hardware. iMac and MacBook. is this a software problem, does any body have the same problem?! thx and cheers ESG Mezzoforte
