The subscription was successful in my Apple Payments, but I have not received the VIP status in the game until now. Also contacted the Apple Support, but say said to me: They do not provide the content and only are responsible for the settlement of money. Phil_Ling Posted March 4, 2021 Share Posted March 4, 2021 J’ai acheté un renouvellement VIP hier 03 Mars 2021 Le montant à été débité de 29,99 E sur mon compte Applestore mais je n’ai toujours pas le VIP dans ma navigation Pour faire une réclamation , si je clique sur support , j’ai message qu.il faut être VIP ou client si je clique sur signaler un bug cela n’aboutit pas.
