Tokens not credited

Hi

I am new user and this is my first race. I am running Virtual Regatta on my iPad Mini 4.

I used some of my 'given' tokens to start customising my Class 40 boat.

I ordered 2300 tokens (£10.99) to continue this activity. But they have not shown up on my regatta home page. Just the 960 that were left from my free allocation.

The transaction shows up in iTunes store and I have confirmed with my bank this morning that £10.99 payment to iTunes was successfully processed.

So you've taken my £10.99 but not credited me with the tokens unless I am looking in the wrong place. Can someone advise. Not a good start for a newcomer
