VIP priority customer service?

An advantage of VIP membership from the site:

”Receive priority customer service”

Having asked for a bug to be fixed seven times after becoming VIP, I have had nothing except automated replies telling me to look at the forum.

This implies that non-VIPs don’t even get that.

Has anyone ever received a reply to a customer service request?

Why do I constantly race after race in the GP series have a lone boat come over the start line and foul me, the windward boat. I get good clean starts and bam ever time this boat doesn’t steer a course to mark but steers to take anyone windward of him.  I’m gonna give up in this app if you can’t penalize boats that don’t steer a proper course
