Subscribed to VIP package but not activated

Hi,

I subscribed to the VIP package but for some reason this is not activated. When I select it again the game tells me that I already have a VIP package but there is nothing activated. Any suggestions on how to get this fixed?

Please send me in private message :

• he name of your boat
• the login email address
• a copy of the confirmation of the payment for the purchase of the VIP
