Hello, You would have to go to your Google play account, Payments and subscriptions section, then restore purchases. Once done, you log out of your account and check if the VIPs are active. If this procedure does not work, please PM me the connection email address and a copy of the payment confirmation. My English being approximate, I use the Google translator.
