K4c14r4 Posted February 18, 2023 Share Posted February 18, 2023 It seems to me that something is not fine with internal wheather system. Not sure too if the waypoint system is not ok or what else. Probably due to the new gfs 0. 25? I set up a waypont at 2pm (+3h from now) south cyprus with 140 twa but the +3h wind in map arrives from 180 in the same waypoint coordinates... Berty44 Posted February 18, 2023 Share Posted February 18, 2023 Yes. It's sure that the wind arrows are still showing the GFS 1 instead of GFS 0.25. However, the wind angle seems to be good sometimes on the other systems but not always. According to VR standards, this new feature is working as expected. François deHaddock Posted February 21, 2023 Share Posted February 21, 2023 There was indeed a big difference of 45° to 90° between the wind direction indicated in the dashboard and the arrows of the interface. Sometimes I was traveling with a TWA around 90° while the interface was showing I was almost exactly against the wind !!
