VIP account, no support

I am a VIP level subscriber (both inshore and offshore) (which implies I'm getting preferential support), yet I seem unable to reach anyone from support. What gives? is @Pat-Rock the only support person in this company?

 

Anyway, I can't see my offshore races reports. I did the RORC Caribbean 600, but I didn't do the other races shown. I also did the Vendee Globe and that doesn't show up. Please advise...

Je ne fais pas parti du support de VR. Je suis simplement un joueur qui tente d'aider du mieux possible la communauté.

Pour qu'un course apparaisse dans ton palmares, il faut qu'elle soit clôture ce qui n'est  actuellement pas le cas du Vendée Globe qui ne le sera que le 15/03 à 17h00.

I am not part of the VR support. I'm just a gamer trying to help the community as best as possible.

For a race to appear in your palmares, it must be closed, which is not currently the case for the Vendée Globe which will only be closed on 03/15 at 5:00 p.m.

I’m VIP, bought tokens yesterday, Apple have given confirmation both by email and phone, but tokens have not updated.

Cannot find a link to contact support anywhere... Ideas anyone? x
